A Las Vegas Strategy?

If I had $780 million to share

where could I  find a pair

Of llamas?

Even though Las Vegas

is more than amply supplied

With mamas

Of the red-hot variety

who do not always 

indulge in sobriety.

Because they're more furry

and give less   cause  to worry,

 Besides, a lady's ears are too small

To give much fun at all

And they're nowhere near as cute

As this four-legged black-and-white brute

Who may be  more faithful as well?

That, only time can tell.

Long ago, Ogden Nash wrote a poem about llamas**

 which  he  rhymed with silk pajamas

but I doubt he ever really thought to try them 

or would have known where to buy them

PS :What's the difference between an alpaca and a llama?

Alpacas are MUCH harder to to rhyme and:  

llamas have long banana-shaped ears while alpacas have shorter spear-shaped ears. there really are a lot of differences between llamas and alpacas. The llama is roughly twice the size of the alpaca. Most alpacas weigh between 100 and 175 lbs when fully grown.Mar 18, 2013
