On Weight  Control 

Thanks. for your very  good advice 

which is smoothly and professionally done,

 but I have an unfortunate vice:

I'll,   every so often,  prefer a bit more fun,

from  deliciously unhealthy, things at the table

to devour  quickly  , as long as I'm able.

Besides  I live in South Florida where it's often too humid and hot 

to try for a flat 6 pack ab   to replace the round flab that I've got.

Yet,  I do hope that on my way, sooner or later, to eternity

I won't by mistake,  be detoured  into a Ward saying  "Maternity".

Therefore,  I'll now promise more discipline and even, an occasional starvation,

once I'm, more or less safely, in my NEXT reincarnation.
