in the brain
 of Mark Twain,
 but he himself  ascribed it to Benjamin Disraeli, instead..
But in any case , it has arisen   in many another  place,
which  includes ,as  has been recently  obviously  true,
the mind and mouth of another  Benjamin, Mr. Netanyahu.
