    BUT REFUSES TO CHANGE HIS POINT OF  VIEW.


    WITH  MUCH ORATORY BUT LACKING IN TOUGH   NEGOTIATING SKILL,

    IT  MAY ULTIMATELY  BE MANY OF US THAT HE COULD KILL.
