Blessed are the Map Makers ?

Blessed are the mapmakers who try  to work more or less exactly

whether it is in a  Desert  or the  waters  around  Islands Spratly,

but because of  Man's ingenuity and pertinacity

and skill in changing artifacts to obscure veracity

 it seems that their work is never quite completed

and may often be completely altered or  defeated

thus  leading not to a peace  but to  increasing frustration .

and causing a  rather war-like ugly situation.
