A Thought on Passover

A Thought on Passover


There were certainly slaves in Ancient Times-- without measure

for that was how the educated and well off   got their leisure


And, could  do their philosophical  opining,

while  being   served to  eat  while reclining. 


Though  many  Historians doubt the whole Passover story

and think it is mainly a kind of re-told fable or  allegory


at least, each year  for that  Week

an Observant Jew still  plays  Upper Class Greek
