 My Birthday's August 22nd (What's Your's?)

I was born on August twenty second

which I'm not sure gives me any pedigree

or claim to fame 

even though it's the same day as Claude Debussy

as well as many  prominent people  one could name:

Such as , for a start,  Denton Cooley

who still  knows quite a bit about the  human heart--

certainly more than Yours  Truly--

and others about whom  there could be much to say:

including Deng Xiaoping, Ray Bradbury, Bill Parcells, and Henri Cartier-Bresson

( his "Decisive Moment" can turn a photograph into a great Art  lesson.) 

They and I , perched on the Cusp between Leo and Virgo,

never  quite sure of where to go--but with plenty of ego--
