THE MELTING PERMAFROST

THE MELTING PERMAFROST

WE MAY ALL TOO SOON BE LOST

IN MELTING PERMAFROST

RELEASING  CARBON DIOXIDE INTO THE AIR,

 INCREASING OUR DESPAIR

ALONG WITH AN EQUAL OR  GREATER BANE,

MILLIONS OF TONS OF METHANE,

BOTH  STORED OVER MANY STAGES

IN WAXING AND WANING ICE AGES.

THEN TOO MUCH WATER MAY  EVAPORATE

MAKING THINGS EVER MORE DESPERATE.

SO ENJOY YOUR H2O WHILE YOU MAY

AND IT'S  STILL   FOUND ON EARTH  TODAY.
