Computer glitch ?

I don't mind a computer glitch--

since  I then can satisfy my retrograde itch

for paper and books

safe from online crooks

and much advertizing distraction.

Simplicity still has its attraction.

Computer Crash

When your computer crashes

Everything feels like ashes.

Mourning has its passion

Rage and defeat are the reaction.

Testing ideas to resurrect

Highlights poor computer intellect.

Geeks with equipment promise

A week of waiting, for diagnosis

And fixing, leaving you up in the air

Incommunicado, without their repair.

Some have escapes—computer, backup drive

Or network where programs are alive.

So the crash is not a total smash,

Just a nuisance, requiring some cash.
