POSITIVE THINKING ?

Who first said,

"Everyday, we'

re getting better and better"?? **
It could  have been some aging bedwetter

trying to teach others how  to thrive
on a semi – annual PBS fund drive,
But if you look it up in Google  you'll  note
that lots of sports teams now  use that quote

I suspect not to show their excellence of mind
but to try to  escape blame and then  claim
that they won't continue to lag behind.

For a single person

It was probably French ( Psychologist?) Emile Couè
to use as  therapeutic auto suggestions everyday
in self hypnosis doses

in order that such a psychotherapeutic "selfie"
might make anyone healthy and wealthy

or could  even  turn Atlantic City from a dump
to a place with Palaces fit for a Trump

who  then might  go on to exploit his charm?
and bouffant hair
to  try to  do further  harm
in a Presidential chair.
