Putin kissing Trump mural goes viral
two men are shown kissing on the lips
The six foot mural,
from a small Lithuanian restaurant
has gone viral
and found millions to enchant.
Apparently, seeing men kissing men is not rare
in Slavic countries or considered 'over the pale'
and, while it may not be polite to compare
it is also not unheard of in Fort Lauderdale.
But whether or not we approve the hype
or suggestive relations of this particular type--
since we're all now standing at the brink of Nuclear War,
perhaps this could point to what lips may be better for
than shouting out mutual hate
or whatever else may eventuate.

A small Lithuanian restaurant garnered international attention Saturday thanks to its 6-foot mural showing presumptive Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump and Russian leaderVladimir Putin locking lips.
The mural outside Keule Ruke — or Smoking Pig — eatery in the capital city of Vilnius is a nod to a famous 1979 image of two Communist leaders, Soviet leader Leonid Brezhnev and East Germany 's Erich Hoenecker, in the same pose. Men kissing each other on the lips is a common greeting in Slavic countries.
