plan to show they can also be financially savvy, proud
and litigious,
for, after having been "kicked off " the Napa Valley Wine Train
they've hired a prominent " civil rights lawyer" to complain
and sue for an amount prodigious,
claiming that if their group hadn't been almost entirely black
they would never have been given the sack.
If their current suit should gain the day,
will they next sue for a dark chardonnay?
And what would remain
of a then sober Wine Train?

The women are being represented by a prominent Bay Area civil rights lawyer, Waukeen McCoy.
He said the case was one of the most egregious he had come across in 22 years of practice and added that it showed racism was still prevalent throughout all strata of society.
“It is malicious in how [the train company] posted false statements about this group of women to say that these women were physically abusive,” McCoy said.
